About the role

This is not a side hustle. It is a genuine path for someone who wants to build a real business in the wine industry - with full flexibility, premium products to stand behind, and one of the most attractive commission structures in the market. As a Vinera Wine Consultant, you will host in-home wine tastings, connect with wine lovers at private events, and build lasting client relationships that generate recurring income. You work independently, set your own schedule, and grow at your own pace. And when the time is right, you take your best clients to Europe - visit the wineries and meet the winemakers.

What you earn

• Wine sales: Up to 30% commission - among the highest in the industry
• European tours: 10% commission on every client you bring on a Vinera travel experience
• Monthly subscriptions: Ongoing commissions from your subscriber base, every month
• Top earner range: $3,000–$6,000+ per month for active consultants

Basic requirements

• 21 years of age or older
• Reliable transportation in the Ohio area
• Comfortable hosting or co-hosting small social gatherings
• This is an independent contractor (1099) position — commission only, no base pay
