Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be 21 years old
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis
• Excellent customer service skills
• High School Diploma/GED
• Proficient MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) applications
• Able to merchandise products onto shelves and organize products according to YMCO needs
• Able to work in a fast-paced manner, while still maintaining efficiency and a customer service attitude
• Cash handling experience and the ability balance daily receipts
• Effective communication skills
• Excellent organizational skills
• Attention to detail with a strong desire to deliver value-added support to external and internal clients

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 1-2 year of industry related experience
• Merchandising and display experience
• Wine/Industry knowledge to include basic understanding of distribution, wine varietals and leading spirit categories
