Seeking part-time contractor with wine experience (retail/distributor/delivery driver) to pick/pack/ship retail orders and organize warehouse. Position currently demands 15-20 hours per week, with potential for growth over time. Wines are stored in our warehouse -- you will check our online systems for outbound orders, pick/pack/label packages and manage pickup by UPS or FedEx, then update our systems and organize/store remaining bottles. Specific days and times have some flexibility, but working on a relatively consistent weekly schedule is strongly preferred with Monday and Friday availability most important.
This position largely involves lifting and packing boxes of wine up to 40 lbs. A good familiarity with wine is critical as well.
In addition, computer skills, access to a laptop, and knowledge of Google applications is important, and the wine shipping software application ShipCompliant is a key tool we employ.
