Guest Experience

• Greet all guests with genuine enthusiasm and a professional, welcoming demeanor.
• Conduct personalized wine tastings.
• Share detailed information about the winery's history and stories about our unique labels.
• Provide thoughtful wine recommendations and respond to guest inquiries.
• Ensure each visitor enjoys a memorable and enjoyable tasting experience.

Sales & Service

• Operate the winery's POS system to process orders
• Promote and sell wine, wine club memberships
• Communicate wine club benefits and encourage sign-ups when appropriate.
• Communicate upcoming events when appropriate.

Facility Presentation and Operational Support

• Assist in maintaining a clean, organized tasting room environment.
• Restock wines and tidy things during down times.
• Participate in upkeep of tasting room areas, including bottle dusting, glass cleaning and polishing, and general cleaning tasks.
