Stevenot Winery is looking for a tasting room associate in this family owned and operated winery.
Come join our team at Stevenot Winery and Oliveto Distributing Company! We are looking for a part-time tasting room associate and work in our distribution department at our family owned and operated winery and distributorship.
Stevenot Winery is one of California’s premier boutique wineries. We are in downtown Murphys and Vallecito, in the heart of the Sierra Foothills of Calaveras County, California’s Gold Country, an area which has been a respected wine grape growing region since the mid 1800’s. Established in 1978, Stevenot is at the forefront of the renaissance of premium wine production in Calaveras County.
Oliveto Distributing Company has been distributing beverages in Amador, Calaveras, & Tuolumne County since 1967.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- knowledge of wines
- be able to lift up to 50 pounds & operate a hand-truck with 250 pounds
- selling wine clubs
- ability to sell wine & make suggestions to customers
- customer service skills
- be able to operate a sales computer
- have a valid California drivers license
- stock shelves in grocery store and convenience stores
- make deliveries
- must be available to work Saturdays & Sundays!
PAY:
$20 per hour plus tips & commissions
Candidates must be at least 21 years of age!
