Vineyard Worker and Cellar Hand (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

• We are looking for a Vineyard Worker and Winery Cellar Hand for part time work. We recently purchased a 9 Acre Vineyard on Underwood Mountain in Washington and the construction of our new winery is nearly complete. Initially, we are looking for help in the Vineyard in completing the seasonal jobs- pruning etc. Some experience is necessary. We also need someone to help in spraying the vineyard and must have prior tractor driving experience. Eventually, we will need help in the cellar as well. If you don't have experience, this can be your opportunity to learn. We are using Organic and Regenerative Agriculture management practices and are looking for someone who is interested in these practices. 
• This is a position that can grow- more hours and potential salary increases.  
•  This is a perfect job for someone who has 1-2 years of experience and/or has just graduated from a wine/viticulture program and needs to get started with their new career.  
• We are looking for someone who is dependable, positive, willing to learn and communicates well. Must work well alone or in a team setting.  
• Must work hard, efficiently but be safe in all respects. Again, must have a positive attitude and like the work. 
• Environment: Must be willing to work outside when it's Hot or Cold and tolerate unpleasant weather. That being said, the vineyard is absolutely beautiful and we're sure you will enjoy the view of the Columbia River and Mt. Hood. Must be able lift at least 55 lbs occassionally- and be able to perform the repetitive tasks that the vineyard and cellar demand. Must be able to stand for long hours and walk over uneven ground.
