XeniumHR is seeking a Part time (16-20 hrs/week) Onsite Payroll and Benefits Coordinator to work for a client in Newberg, Oregon.
The Onsite Payroll and Benefits coordinator, in collaboration with our Xenium Payroll team, is responsible for management and delivery of all XeniumHR products/services including:
• Payroll Processing; Biweekly.
• Maintain Payroll files including employee hires, changes and adjustments.
• Benefits Administration; Enrollment entry, Benefits changes, ACA reporting, Account reconciliation.
• 401(k) Administration and Reporting.
• Preparation of Month-end reports.
• Other duties as needed.
Qualifications:
• 3-5 years progressive Payroll generalist experience, preferred.
• Knowledgeable about State of Oregon, Federal and Local labor laws.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Excel.
• Exceptional customer service skills and ability to work independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Must possess excellent verbal and written communications skills.
• Must demonstrate trustworthiness, confidentiality, consistency, reliability, initiative and flexibility.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, analytical, decision-making, and problem solving skills required.
• Passion for managing and delivering payroll and benefits services.
