Mandara Wine is a dynamic wine and spirits retail store, dedicated to providing our customers with a vast selection of high-quality wines and spirits from around the world. We are seeking a motivated and knowledgeable individual to join our team as a Wine and Spirits Retail Store Associate.

Responsibilities:

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
Provide guidance and recommendations to customers based on their preferences, budget, and occasion
Maintain a well-organized and visually appealing store display
Receive, unpack, and stock inventory accurately
Operate the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately
Offer outstanding customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving customer concerns
Stay up to date with industry trends, new releases, and emerging products
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales targets and store objectives
Participate in regular staff training and product knowledge sessions

Requirements:
Wine and spirits knowledge: Possess a strong understanding of wine and spirits, including varietals, regions, production methods, and food pairing suggestions.
Sales-oriented mindset: Exhibit a passion for sales and a natural ability to engage and persuade customers.
Customer service skills: Demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers and provide exceptional service.
Organization and attention to detail: Show an ability to maintain an organized and visually appealing store display while accurately managing inventory.
Positive attitude: Be enthusiastic, energetic, and approachable, creating a welcoming atmosphere for customers.
Flexibility: Adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced retail environment, including working evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
Legal requirements: Meet the legal age requirement for selling alcohol in the state.
