Cider making apprentice to owner/founder of regions largest and fast growing cider maker Brick River Cider Co. We are looking for someone to groom into head cider maker responsible for all aspects of cellar operations incuding but not limited to fruit sourcing, cidermaking and quality control, and overseeing a small but growing staff in the cellar and packaging.
Ideal candidate will have at least 1 year relevant cellar experience in winery (yes, making cider is really more like making wine) or brewery.
Based on experience up to $45,000 per year, plus health insurance and 2 weeks vacation.
