The Bartender contributes to the daily operations of Archetype’s restaurant bar, including the selection of spirits and development of signature and seasonal cocktails; in addition to optimizing sales and ensuring that guests are satisfied with their bar and dining room experience. The Bartender reports to the General Manager, Executive Chef, and the restaurant’s Managing Partners.
The Expo/Food Runner’s responsibilities include but are not limited to: setting up and maintaining designated areas of the kitchen, delivering plates to guests in a gracious manner, assisting in the polishing of silver and glassware, assisting in the clearing of guest's plates when completed, and conveying desired information as requested by the kitchen expeditor.
The Server Assistant is responsible for overseeing table maintenance, maintaining the flow of service and assisting the Servers in the dining room. Duties include: clearing food & utensils from tables, resetting, bread & water service, monitoring guest satisfaction and helping the kitchen expediting the service process. Must be pleasant, conscientious and professional with excellent knowledge of food and alcoholic beverage selections. Must be able to operate effectively as part of a team, communicate clearly, ensure smooth service operations and quality service.
The Host position is one of the essential jobs in the restaurant. The Host is the first and last person our guests have contact with; a huge smile and warm, genuine, heartfelt, welcome is the first thing we want our guests to receive when they enter Archetype.
All applicants must be able to speak English, stay on their feet for prolonged periods of time and be able to lift a minimum of 35lbs.
