Position Summary
The Employee Engagement Manager will oversee the Domaine Human Resources and Onboarding departments, but their reach extends into recruiting, brand, culture, corporate wellness and other company-wide initiatives. They will work closely with the Leadership Team to build and maintain strong teams within a growing organization with 50 employees and 8 divisions.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
· Develop and maintain programs that foster employee engagement.
· Act as main point of contact for company-wide communication initiatives including brand, culture, policies and benefits.
· Develop plans for special leave as they relate to illness or family medical leave.
· Develop and maintain hiring, onboarding and off boarding policies.
· Oversee hiring, onboarding and off-boarding including:
o Write job descriptions
o Post to online job sources
o Review resumes
o Create interview appointments
o Oversee onboarding process from creation and implementation of training schedules through 30 and 90-day reviews
o Ensure new hire forms are turned in timely and completely
o Process E-Verify authorizations
o Enroll/terminate/update benefit plans through provider websites
o Maintain checklists
· Assist COO with special projects and administration
· Manage Human Resources administration including
o Inform CFO of payroll deductions to be initiated.
o Communicate with GM’s to track Paid Time Off and report to CFO.
o Communicate plan renewals to employee base annually.
o Prepare employee census reports periodically for potential new providers.
o Reconcile bills for insurance policies to ensure additions, changes and deletions are being properly billed or credited.
o Manage workers compensation insurance claims.
o Track employee flexible spending account balances.
o Create and maintain employee morale programs including birth dates, anniversary dates, special events and other milestones.
o Perform various administrative duties/projects as directed by the leadership team.
o Maintain company policy manual.
Qualifications & Requirements
· BA degree in Human Resources or comparable work experience.
· A strong sense of and respect of confidentiality involving clients and fellow team members.
· Strong computer skills, specifically Microsoft 365 Suite.
· Excellent command of the English language in written and spoken forms.
Compensation Details: Salary commensurate with experience.
