- Must be over 18 years old
- Must be willing to learn about wine
- Must be able to lift 40 plus pounds routinely
- Must be able to give great customer service
- Must have good communication skills
- Must be able to work quickly individually or with a team
- Must be a self-starter and be self-motivated
- Must have a good eye for details, product rotation, and safety
- Must be able to work with little or no supervision
