Marketing Project Manager (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Recruitment Marketing is responsible for acquiring new customers through various online and offline media channels. This role will have responsibility for managing and realizing the potential of offline channels including: direct mail, magazine, newspaper and insert media. It will involve developing strategy, as well as campaign set-up, execution and reporting.   This position will work closely with our Creative, Wine, Marketing Operations, Finance and Customer Service teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management

  • Develop integrated campaign strategies that will achieve marketing objectives, including generating orders at an overall acceptable cost per order.
  • Manage the implementation, tracking and measurement of campaigns.
  • Work with key stakeholders to implement campaign activity including: marketing operations, creative, wine, finance and customer service.

Campaign Set-up and Execution

  • Set-up and revise marketing campaigns using the Global Marketing System (GMS).
  • Manage campaign schedules to ensure milestones are met.
  • Review and ensure the accuracy of marketing promotion (offer and creative) materials.
  • Implement requests for, and review, landing page creative and set-up.
  • Issue campaign briefs, detailing marketing promotions, for customer service.
  • Create, update and issue performance reports to monitor campaign progress and marketing spend.
  • Process campaign invoices to accounting department.

Other

  • Work with media agency to develop and evaluate new opportunities to grow the channels.
  • Assist in the creation of various presentations to management and business partners.
  • Ad hoc projects as needed by VP and Marketing Director.

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business or Marketing
  • 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in direct response
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to draw logical conclusions
  • Excellent verbal/written communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with ability to handle multiple projects, while completing quality work on a timely basis
  • Ability to excel in a fast paced, changing environment
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
  • Self motivated with ability to work independently
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
