We are looking for a new team member for a permanent or seasonal part-time position in our Tasting Room at Cornerstone Sonoma.? We are a fun, hardworking team, focused on providing a down-to- earth, unpretentious tasting experience, telling our stories, and building the relationships with our customers.
To be a good fit, you should be:?
- Able to translate good customer experiences into sales.?
- Able to ask for the sale.
- Like a duck: cool & calm above water while paddling furiously beneath.?
- Interested in wine, but still approachable.?- A good story teller.?
- Able to ring up a sale and enter customer information into a portable electronic device connected to the World Wide Web.?
- Able to count things. Like money...or bottles.?
- Willing to learn, ready to participate.?- At least 21 years old.?
- Able to lift 40 lbs.
- Reliable transportation, a valid Driver's License, and a clean driving record.
- (Bonus if you're quirky in special way)
Competitive compensation.? The position is eligible for sales incentives, and commissions.
