Named after Dr. Pangloss, the eternal optimist in Voltaire’s novel Candide, Pangloss Cellars is a celebration of optimism as the ideal way to approach life. Pangloss Cellars was founded on the belief that the consumer experience is as important as the wines. The home of our Pangloss Cellars Tasting Lounge is in a historic 4,000 square foot building on the Sonoma Plaza dating back to 1902. Our wines are sold directly to our Members and guests who visit the Tasting Lounge as well as on our website.

Repris is our estate winery focused on crafting wines from the historic Moon Mountain Vineyard we are grateful to call our home. Our winery includes 18,000 square feet of natural rock caves and 75 acres of organic vineyards on the 286-acre property. All Repris wines are sold directly to our Members and guests who visit the winery.

The primary focus of this position is to assist our Membership Team with inbound and outbound communication. The right person is comfortable with a high volume of phone calls and emails, both inbound and outbound, and with an office, non-customer facing office role.

Responsibilities:
•  Quality, high-volume outbound calling and emailing to predetermined lists (from sales to acquisition to account updating)
•  Maintain an experience-driven sales approach: quality product, genuine, thorough and exceptional service that fosters long-term personal relationships and brand loyalty
•  Assist with database integrity and entry 
•  Meet weekly, monthly and quarterly quantitative performance targets
•  Provide daily and weekly feedback on learnings 
•  Maintain and update customer profiles

Requirements:
•  Great sales and communication skills, both written and verbal 
•  Must be a team player
•  Self-starter, internally driven and motivated. You work hard because getting things done, fast and well, is rewarding and gets you fired up
•  High-energy and fast paced environment sitting for long periods of time
•  Strong time management and multi-tasking skills
•  Must be able to lift 40 pounds 
•  Weekends, some Holidays and occasional evenings required
