Kamen Estate Wines is looking for one or two more harvest cellarhands for the upcoming 2023 vintage. The position will be from approximately the end of August thru November. We are a boutique winery producing Cabernet Sauvignon, Rhone varietals and Sauvignon Blanc. Our biodynamically farmed vineyard is in the Moon Mountain AVA at 1200 feet elevation. Job duties include: grape sampling, grape receiving, grape processing, pumpovers, punch downs, additions, pressing, barrel work, basic lab work, and lots of cleaning and sanitation. You will be working with a very small team and you will get to be involved in all aspects of the winemaking process.

Must be able to work long days and weekends. Must be able to lift 50 lbs. Must be able to stand for extended periods of time. Must be able to climb a ladder. Must have a positive attitude (a good sense of humor is also a plus) and a passion for producing great wines. Experience preferred but not required. Lunches (and dinner when necessary) are provided during harvest.

$22-25 per hour DOE
