Custom Crush winery in Sonoma needs full time entry level Administrative Assistant. Ideal candidate must be well organized, self starting, and able to thrive in a fast paced environment. This position requires a professional attitude as you will be a main point of contact with many of our clients. The ideal candidate will have admin experience, a positive attitude, flexibility, organizational skills and one that takes invitiative.
RESPONSIBILITIES: answer phones, process mail, assist with billing our clients for winery services and bottlings, inventory management, maintain client files, help document shipments, stock wines in tasting area, coordinate and order supplies, and general support of our admin office. Works closely with GM.
SKILLS: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, meet deadlines. Microsoft proficient (word, Excel, Outlook) skilled problem solver, strong written and oral skills, ability to work under pressure, prioritize activities, follow detailed instructions, able to take direction. Professional demeanor, strong work ethic. Able to lift 40 lbs, Experience with Quickbooks is a huge plus.
REQUIREMENTS; Basic computer skills including MS office, Word, Excel and Google Mail. Strong organizational and filing skills, work 40 hrs per week, ability to lift and move 40 lbs, 21 years of age or older
