ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT/SALES SUPPORT (Wine Jobs: Management & Administration)

Need full time well-organized self-starter who is able to thrive in a fast-paced environment to join our team.  The ideal candidate will have administrative assistant experience, positive attitude, flexibility, strong organizational skills and one that takes initiative.

JOB DESCRIPTION; Administratiive assistant primarily help support sales department.  This role includes collecting information from distributors, work closely with sales team, process orders, manage products, take inventory, order supplies, tracking shipments, client database management, and more.

IDEAL CANDIDATE:Previous work experience performing similar duties in an office setting.  Basic computer skills inclued MS Office, Word, Excel, Google Mail, and Quickbooks.  Must be able to work 40 hours per week, Mature and professional attitude, Fast learner, Good team player, Able to multi-task and prioritize workload, Excellent listening, Verbal and written communication skills, Strong organizational and filing skills.
