With its cooling coastal fog, wide day-night temperature swings, and ample sunshine, the site produces grapes with slow ripening and concentrated flavors characteristic of this cool-climate region. Position Summary
We're looking for a Administration Manager who also serves as the Owner's Assistant. This is a dual-role position: you'll run day-to-day vineyard operations,responsible for daily office administration and maintaining an efficient organizational workflow, and crew management while supporting the owner with grape sales, grower relations, and business coordination. The ideal candidate also has experience in wedding venue operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
•Responsible for daily office administration and maintaining an efficient organizational workflow.
• Clearly communicate assignments and performance expectations, track progress, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate closely with the existing vineyard crew to support day-to-day vineyard operations.
• Good administrative experience required.
Required Qualifications
• Experience: experience in a vineyard manger and sales experience in the grape industry
• Leadership and Communication: Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate tasks and guide a diverse team.
• Language Skills: Proficiency in both spoken English and Spanish.
• experience in wedding venue operations is preferred.
Salary:
• $27– $50/hour depending on experience
