Inside Sales Representative (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative who will help with all duties and projects that come under the responsibility of the sales department. This role reports to the Sales Manager and works closely with other Sales Representatives, as well as our Customer Service, Accounts Receivable, and Marketing teams. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, fast-learning, highly organized and loves to speak to customers on the phone. We are looking for a team player with an interest in pursuing a career in Sales and customer relationship management, with the potential to grow into a more advanced position in the company. This is an entry-level, full-time position in a dynamic, creative environment.

Job duties:

-Make outbound calls to customers and potential customer accounts

-Draft letters, emails, proposals and other documents

-Manage databases

-Conduct research

-Prioritize and manage multiple projects at once

-Other administrative tasks


-Driven to succeed

-Time management skills

-Strong work ethic

-Strong written and oral communication skills

-Highly organized

-Proficient in Microsoft Office suite

-Willing and motivated to reach out to customers over the phone


-Interest in the wine industry is a plus
