2021 Harvest Intern (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

We're looking for cellar interns to join our winemaking team for the 2021 Harvest Season. As an intern, you'll be expected to be an integral part of the winemaking team and participate in all aspects of the winemaking process, from the vineyard all the way through to bottle. Some of the duties include, but are not limited to:

Crushpad work (fruit sorting, additions, press operation, cleaning and sanitizing equipment)
General cellar work (pumpovers/punchdowns, additions, cleaning, barrel work, cleaning, barrel topping, cleaning, wine movement, cleaning, winery upkeep,etc)
Work with winemaker on sensory evaluations and quality assessments
Data entry and record keeping
Work is challenging, with long hours. The ideal candidate is able to handle physically challenging work and mentally stay focused for long hours at a time. Candidates should be able to lift 50 lbs. easily and be fluent in English.

Type: Seasonal Full Time
Pay Scale: 14$ hr + Overtime
Employment Start Date: TBD Aug- Sep
Employment End Date: TBD Oct – Nov
