Our clients are seeking Tasting Room Associates to support local wineries. Duties include:
• Provide excellent customer service including welcoming guests and educating them on our vineyards and wines.
• Listen to guests and effectively suggest wines for sale.
• Promote the benefits of joining the Wine Club.
• Conduct winery tours and private tastings that educate the guest on our vineyards, winemaking process, and people.
• Perform sales transactions and customer entry using our POS System (Vin65).
• Stock wines and merchandise.
• Must maintain satisfactory attendance, to include timeliness.
