We are looking for a seasoned representative, someone who is already working (or has worked) in this industry and who has a complete knowledge of the winemaking / brewing process. We are looking for SERIOUS career salespeople who understand the potential to live comfortably on salary plus commissions. Organizational and communications skills of the highest levels are required.

This is an exciting career opportunity for the self-starter individual that is motivated to work remotely within an assigned territory with flexible hours to commensurate with business opportunities.


Sales Manager Responsibilities:

•  Establish new client base / work to find new sales leads, through business directories, client referrals, etc. including "cold calling" for new clients and visiting clients in the field.
•  Obtain solid leads, generating proposals and completion of sale to include excellent follow up and organizational skills
•  Attending shows, seminars, and other relevant events to promote products and generate leads


Key Qualifications/ ideal candidate:
•  Experience with winery / beverage equipment
•  Wine industry experience / contacts a definite plus
•  Established network and knowledge of the California wine industry
•  Eager to participate on behalf of the company in local events, conferences and exhibitions
•  Hunter mentality searching out the best possible clients
