What We Do:
We build cutting-edge technology that collects the most valuable data for growers, telling them everything about what is growing on all of their vines, across thousands of acres of vineyards. We do this using advanced camera systems we build, that take pictures of every one of the billions of fruit in a vineyard. This data lives in our cloud data platform, FruitScope, that we've developed from the ground up to help growers manage their vines with precision.
The Role:
Are you passionate about technology and eager to help growers succeed? Join us as our first In-Field Customer Success Representative in Northern CA.
In this critical customer-facing role, you will support new, existing, and prospective customers, guiding them to success. You'll help vineyard managers and viticulturists discover and implement the value of our cutting-edge technology, while ensuring an exceptional customer experience. You’ll also collaborate with our sales team to conduct on-site demonstrations and training, and customer support.

About the role:

This is a full-time, hourly, seasonal role spanning approximately 9 months during the growing season.

What you’ll do:

Serve as the primary person for customer inquiries, requests, and support needs.

Provide hands-on support, troubleshooting, and training for our FruitScope vision systems.

Regularly drive 1-3 hours to customer vineyards to guide new technology implementations.

Conduct on-farm demos for prospective customers to show our technology in action.

Regularly engage with customers to ensure ongoing satisfaction, and relay customer insights, requests, and suggestions back to our engineering teams.

Preferred skills & experience:

Valid driver's license AND reliable personal vehicle for frequent travel to customer vineyards.

Previous experience in customer-facing roles (especially in agriculture or ag-tech).

Comfortable and confident with daily, frequent customer interactions.

Familiarity or experience with vineyards or the grape/wine industry.

Proficiency with digital tools such as Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets), Slack, and CRM systems like HubSpot.

Flexibility to occasionally work irregular hours to align with growers' schedules.
