We continue to grow and have a new position available, Customer Outreach Consultant.

The Customer Outreach Consultant will be responsible for interfacing with customers (active and non-active) and contacting leads generated from our digital marketing outreach and campaigns, with the goal of transacting sales.

Some of the job duties include:

•  Re-engaging active & non-active clients via email, phone and social media
•  Communicate with new customers and leads to our website
•  Participate in conversation with leads engaged in web site browsing
•  Track and document efforts and results

This is a Monday-Friday (40-hour) office position in Santa Rosa (non telecommuting). 

Wine Spectrum is a pioneer at direct to consumer sales of ultra premium wines. Our portfolio of wine is unrivaled. We have long-term employees who set the bar for being amazing, are accomplished at closing the sale and have excellent track records of selling wine to enthusiasts and collectors over the phone and via email.

Working with each other, we naturally build our skills with our clients. Tasting wine every week, we increase our own knowledge of varietals, wine regions, rock-star winemakers and the new up-and-coming wineries to watch.
