Job Description:
Paul Lato Wines is a boutique winery based in Santa Maria, CA. We are looking for a well-organized assistant to help manage our office work. The ideal candidate will have administrative experience, a positive attitude, flexibility, and initiative.
EXPERIENCE
• Data Entry: 1 year (Preferred)
• Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
• Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Prepares presentations, data entry, reports, and correspondence
• Serves as a liaison between CEO and staff/public
• Inventory management. The ability to move full cases of wine is essential.
• Schedules meetings/appointments as well as travel arrangements.
• Able to learn POS software and proficient in Microsoft Office/Mac
• Performs general administrative duties and projects as assigned.
• Managing marketing projects and social media outreach.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
• Strong verbal, written, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Demonstrated ability to use discretion when dealing with confidential information.
• Professional telephone etiquette and strong communication skills.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with others.
• Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures including excellent grammar, spelling and composition skills.
• Skilled in reading, comprehending, interpreting and executing simple instructions, short correspondence and memos.
• Skilled in composing and formatting business correspondence, business proposals, and presentations.
This is a full-time position (30-40 hours per week depending on the candidate)
