Paul Lato Wines is a boutique, family-owned winery based in Santa Maria, CA, producing world-class wines from the Central Coast. Our wines are highly recognized by the most renowned wine critics and major wine publications, consistently earning top places among the best wines in the world. We market and sell our vast wine portfolio to consumers around the world via direct sales, high-end wine stores and restaurants. Our success comes from following traditional European artisanal winemaking techniques with minimal intervention, purity of intention and extreme attention to detail.
We are looking for hardworking, energetic, wine loving and interns for our 2022 harvest season.
Interns will receive a well-rounded experience with plenty of winemaking education.
Seasoned harvest veterans and first-timers are both welcome. This position runs from late August to mid-November. The winery is in Santa Maria, CA, 1 hour from Santa Barbara, 40 minutes from San Luis Obispo.
