Paul Lato Winery is on a quest for energetic and dependable wine enthusiasts to work as interns for 2019 harvest. We are a boutique winery producing ~5,000 cases per year. Sourcing from ~15 vineyards around California, we specialize in small-lot production of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Syrah, and Grenache in Santa Barbara County, CA.
We are looking for hardworking, passionate wine loving individuals who are committed to expanding their knowledge in wine. Working with our small team, interns will be a part of all aspects of the winemaking process. Previous harvest experience is welcome but not necessary. Significant tutorage in high-end winemaking for any interested and enthusiastic individual.
Employment date is September 1st through November 15, 2019. Six days per week during peak times.
Potential for a full-time position for the right candidate.
