Job Description:
Phase 2 Cellars has immediate openings for Cellar Workers with winery experience.
Duties may include, but are not limited to: Sanitation of all sorts, racking and/or moving wine and/or juice, cap management, barrel filling, barrel topping, barrel stirring, chemical additions, winery equipment use, other duties as assigned.
Ideal Candidate:
Winery experience strongly preferred. We seek team players, leaders, and upbeat employees with strong communication skills. You should have a tireless work ethic, possess a desire to be the best at what you do, and hold yourself to a high standard of performance. You should possess the ability to read/write legibly, follow directions, and ask questions when necessary. You should find enjoyment in a work environment that is quality driven and bent on success.
Must be able to regularly lift and/or carry 50+lbs.
Must be available to work overtime as necessary.
