The Opportunity 

We’re seeking a talented Sales Support Coordinator to join our Sales Office Team in San Francisco, California. Reporting to the VP – OMNI Channel & Ecommerce, this exciting role will support effective OMNI channel trade execution and processes and provide a high level of support to our Sales team through effective marketing coordination.

What you’ll be doing

  • Coordinating and reporting on shopper marketing campaigns, sales initiatives, budgets, POS spend, and performance metrics to support cross-functional marketing and sales alignment.
  • Supporting sales and distributor teams by managing marketing content, processing bespoke requests, coordinating digital assets, and maintaining up-to-date materials across platforms.
  • Coordinating trade show and consumer events, supporting logistics, branding, budgets, and exploring new event opportunities.
  • Supporting omni-channel execution by managing POS assets, digital shelf content, coupon programs, and e-commerce initiatives in collaboration with internal teams, distributors, and platform partners to drive brand visibility and sales.

What you’ll bring

  • 1-3 years’ experience in a sales, marketing or event coordination OR administrative experience with an interest in marketing
  • Outstanding interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to actively listen and adapt your style 
  • Demonstrated ability to plan and organise effectively to meet required deadlines in a professional environment, with high attention to detail
  • A mindset to learn and gain new skills by taking ownership of your own development and adapting to feedback
  • A ‘winning together’ mindset through understanding the perspectives of others, effective collaboration, and maintaining strong bonds
  • A proactive, self-starter attituded and the motivation to succeed in a high-performance culture
  • Experience with Microsoft Office applications

The remuneration range for this role is $65,000 to $75,000.
