Marketing Assistant (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

Premium Port Wines is seeking a dynamic and talented person to fill the important role of Marketing Assistant. This person will be responsible for assisting the Marketing Services Manager in a variety of facets along with working independently on tasks. 

This position will require the candidate to assist the Marketing Services Manager in:
- Data entry/processing through Microsoft Excel and CRM software.
- Organize and arrange incoming and outgoing shipments of various sizes. 
- Organize and arrange travel and accommodation for groups of various sizes. 
- Organize and arrange events of various sizes. 
- Inventory management
- Website and social media management
- Compiling sales reports

Skills:
Must be skilled and experienced with Microsoft Office (Excel most importantly). 
Adobe Suite a bonus!
Exceptional organizational skills & attention to detail
Familiarity with product registration portals
Must be able to multi-task/work on multiple projects at one time. 
A professional, positive demeanor with a flexible “can-do” attitude.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience with compiling sales reports. 
Interest/Passion for wine is a plus.
