Operations - Shipping, compliance, working with vendors, winery, packing, streamling processes, manage e-commerce site, monthly tax filing. 2. Sales - Customer interaction, on site wine tastings, handle issues with wine shipping, sales calls to restraurants in person and phone, Arrange and participate in events and wine dinners on site and other. Able to put together sales materials, computer savvy. 3. Personal Assistant - Some business projects with non wine company. Qualifications: Collage graduate At least one year in the business Detailed Sense of urgency Sales minded Easy going Positive Can do attitude Out going personality Organized Creative thinker and writing Excellent with people No job too small or too big Team player and independent thinker Must love dogs and have experience with them
