Position Reports to: Brand Manager - Morgan Katz

Job Purpose: Promote the Fearless brand by building mutually beneficial relationships throughout Napa Valley. Host appointments/events and manage operations and marketing initiatives for the brand.

Job Duties:
•  Responsible for sales results.
•  Conduct private (appointment only) tours and tastings and educate about our wines.
•  Plan, execute, and analyze winery events.
•  Nurture and grow referral contacts including concierge, drivers, and winery network.

Manage Office Logistics:
•  Coordinate appointments with customers and respond to inquiries via phone and email.
•  Handle special orders timely
•  Respond to customer needs
•  Organize and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
•  Process shipments in Shopify. Monitor allocation member’s expiration dates for credit cards on file and get updated information prior to fall and spring allocation shipments.
•  General office assistance including responding to general email inbox daily and other special social media & marketing projects as needed.
•  Maintain physical inventory of wines, pack orders and restock wine shelves and storage.
•  Complete other responsibilities as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
•  Experience: Minimum of 1 year winery experience or equivalent and/or 1 year of retail sales and customer service experience
•  First-hand knowledge, appreciation and passion of fine wine and wine-related topics
•  Ability to speak and communicate effectively with customers
•  Ability to present product, up sell & cross sell
•  Proficient in Microsoft Office, point-of-sale applications, and Zoom
•  Good at taking notes and following through on assigned tasks
•  Ability to work autonomously and independently
•  Ability to write routine emails and correspondence
•  Ability to operate a computer
•  Strong organizational skills; able to manage priorities and workflow

Hours and Schedule:
•  Part time or Full time position (option to start as part time and work your way into full time)
•  Availability to work weekends - Fridays, Saturdays, and Sundays are a MUST
