DTC Specialist (Wine Jobs: Vineyards & Cellars )

As a DTC Specialist, you will be responsible for providing support to our customers, including responding to phone calls and e-mails and ensuring the overall needs of our customers are being handled in a positive, professional, and timely manner at our Artesa Winery, located in Napa Valley.

Main responsibilities

Sales and Customer Service:

• Respond to daily wine club and customer service emails and voicemails within 24hrs
• Sell Artesa wines within the guideline and pricing structure outlined by Direct Sales Manager
• Handle daily inbound sales and/or customer service calls
• Regularly make outbound sales calls during direct sales campaigns
• Assist with handling will call orders and ensuring orders as properly marked as shipped in AMS
• Upload all DTC orders daily and resolve any order compliance issues

Wine Club Support:

· Accurately input and activate wine club applications in AMS

• Notify club members of declined credit card via phone, email and mail
• Assist in communication of overdue shipments not picked up at the winery
• Event support which includes but is not limited to handling RSVPs, inventory and event execution.
• Help maintain wine club shipment inventory and assist with stocking shipments for the Visitor Center

Additional Job Functions:

• Provide the highest level of customer service at all times
• Report customer feedback to Direct Sales Manager
• Establish and maintain a positive and professional relationship with all consumers as well as fellow employees
• Must possess a tireless enthusiasm for developing relationships, growing sales and discussing wine

Physical Job Requirements:

• Must be able to sit and stand for several consecutive hours
• Must be able to proficiently type on a computer
• Must be able to utilize Word, Excel and AMS
• Must be able to speak English fluently
• Must be able to work occasional weekend days and/or nights
• Must be able to lift and carry 48 pounds (weight of one case)
