Role Length: Temporary with potential to turn permanent
Compensation: $19-$25/hour, depending on experience
About the Role
Vino Noceto is seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Wine Club, Shipping, & Administrative Assistant to support our growing direct-to-consumer and wine club operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying organized, takes pride in accuracy and detail, and appreciates written communication and customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage shipping fulfillment
- Assist with order processing and follow-up
- Maintain and update wine club member records and subscriptions
- Respond to customer email communications
- Provide administrative support for day-to-day office operations
- Support team projects and general office needs
- Help ensure a smooth and positive experience for our valued wine club members and customers, including by phone, via email, and on the Tasting Room floor
- Other duties, as assigned
Qualifications
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Reliable, proactive, and able to follow through on tasks
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Great communicator and clear writer, with good grammar and an enthusiastic tone
- Comfortable with computers, spreadsheets, and administrative systems
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Prior administrative or customer service experience preferred
- Experience with Commerce7 CRM/POS preferred but not required
- Ability to lift 40–50 lbs and be on feet at times
- Interest in wine is a major plus (and makes the job more fun)
