Brand Analyst (Wine Jobs: Sales & Marketing)

SUMMARY

The Brand Forecast Analyst role is responsible for supporting the Brand Management team to ensure Hensley is ordering and maintaining appropriate inventories of its portfolio.   This role will work with Suppliers and internal Brand Managers on new item set up and will partner across the organization to ensure all items are ready to be sold as soon as they are activated.   The Analyst will lead internal pricing and discounting with accounting and corporate sales.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOSIBILITIES include but not limited to the following:

• Manage weekly inventory forecast
• Oversees internal pricing
• Sets up discount pricing with Accounting
• Submits price programs to Chains
• Maintains and communicates bi-weekly Hensley Price Book to sales teams
• Maintains NA Brand Calendars
• Oversees Allocated Products
• Assists with and oversees forecasting of all Non-AB brands (Wine, Spirits, NA’s, Craft)   
• Oversees Close to Code reporting weekly
• Identifies Close to Code products for Market Research, fire sale, sales focus
• Handles inventory authorizations, balancing and receiving issues
• Weekly reporting of Out of stock
• Item maintenance
• Sends out brand planner monthly recap for depletions/planning/budgets
• AB sample ticket processing

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, and volume.
