Paragon Label is a small North Bay printer that produces labels for some of the finest wineries in the country. We are a well know company that has a solid reputation not only for our extremely high quality printing, but also our customer service, community involvement, and strong ethics.
We are looking for a true salesperson that can help us grow our sales to the thousands of wineries in the area while also chasing down accounts in other high quality label markets such as spirits, cosmetic, fine food, and beer markets. We have a dedicated team of sales and production professionals that take pride in offering top quality printing while giving the best customer service in the industry. This position will require servicing some of our fine existing customers, but have a much higher focus on gaining new business and expanding into new markets. The sky is the limit for the right professional who has a strong work ethic and a thirst for sales success.
Having experience in the printing industry is a plus, while having experience in selling products to wineries or even wine labels is a MUST. This position has a strong base salary along with commissions. If you prove to excel at selling for us, the opportunity for growth within the sales department (as possible VP of Sales) and company is highly likely.
