Peachy Canyon Winery is currently seeking an experienced Wine Club Manager to join our team. We are looking for an energetic, positive individual who shares our passion for Zinfandel, and the Paso Robles Wine Country. Successful candidates will be professional, detail-oriented, organized, possess exceptional customer service skills, and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
Duties will include but, not limited to:
· Oversee daily Wine Club operations and Wine Club releases
· Forecast and manage inventory needed for Wine Club releases
· Coordinate with fulfillment company on Wine Club Release shipments
· Develop Wine Club communications including e-mails and newsletters
· Analyze and track Wine Club retention and cancellations
· Oversee and maintain the accuracy of Wine Club data in the POS software.
· Create and maintain yearly calendar for Wine Club shipments and events
· Create engaging Wine Club events that drive sales, customer retention and attract new guests to the winery
· Work closely with Tasting Room Manager and staff to promote Wine Club membership, club shipments and offers
· Promote Wine Club Member retention through customer engagement, consistent follow-up and outstanding customer service
· Work closely with the Tasting Room Manager and provide tasting room support as needed
Qualifications
· Minimum of 2 years Wine Club management experience
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills
· Strong wine knowledge
· Vin65 software experience
· Must be at least 21 years of age
· Able to lift 40 lbs.
This is a full-time position with some weekend hours required. Benefits available after successful completion of an introductory period: Medical, Dental, Sick Time, Vacation. Annual salary is DOE.
