Peachy Canyon Winery is currently seeking an experienced Tasting Room Manager to join our team.
We are looking for an energetic, positive individual who shares our passion for Zinfandel, the Paso Robles Wine Country, and can provide consistent, friendly, and responsive service. Our goal is to create an exceptional and educational experience for all of our guests. Successful candidates will be professional, detail-oriented, organized, and possess exceptional customer service skills and the ability to multi-task efficiently.
Duties will include day to day management of the tasting room, sales, scheduling, staff management, and marketing.
The person chosen for this position will report directly to the President of Peachy Canyon Winery.
Qualifications
*Minimum of 2 years management experience in a tasting room environment.
*Able to think outside the box with ideas for promotions, events, and staff incentives.
*Strong wine knowledge.
*Must be at least 21 years of age.
This is a full-time position with some weekend hours required. After successful completion of an introductory period benefits will include the following: Medical, Dental, Sick Time, Vacation and 401K with 6% matching, after one year of full time employment. Annual salary is DOE.
