We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to take on the roll of Inventory and Compliance Coordinator to support our growing businesses. The primary focus of this position will be to provide administrative assistance to winemakers and work in conjunction with other administrative staff in areas specific to operations and supply ordering. 30 - 40 hours per week.
Responsibilities
• Perform a wide variety of support functions including data entry, filing, copying, scanning, research, and other office support functions.
• Create new or update existing spreadsheets, correspondence, and procedures.
• Maintain and follow written procedures for compliance processes.
• Responsible for the creation and submission of Federal and State compliance reporting.
• Proactively communicate with the winemaking team regarding wine movements, deadlines for inventory and bottling reporting.
• Responsible for the procurement of dry goods for bottling and canning events.
• Discretion in handling highly sensitive and confidential matters.
• Conduct and manage significant amounts of data and research.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and see them through to completion.
Qualifications
• High School diploma or equivalent. BA/BS degree or equivalent experience highly desired.
• 1 -3 years of professional administrative assistant experience in a corporate setting, demonstrating professionalism, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and professionalism is needed.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, with excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
• Advanced level computer skills for standard programs including Word, Excel, and InnoVint.
• Prior experience working in the wine industry is a plus but not required.
