Position Summary

We are seeking an outgoing and self-motivated Luxury Brand Ambassador to represent Constellation’s Fine Wine DTC portfolio. Steeped in our heritage, future vision, and innovative products, this exciting position requires a high level of competency and knowledge in a range of topics including (but not limited to): a passion for wine, extensive wine knowledge with a focus on fine wine and luxury products, storytelling, and sales. Our Fine Wine Luxury Brand Ambassadors engage with, support, and educate both existing and prospective wine club members, private clients, and corporate clients. They are always looking for new and innovative ways to promote our fine wine portfolio. 

  

Responsibilities

 

·      Drive growth for DTC wine clubs through creating, high-quality events with current and high potential club members and consumers by partnering with key accounts across major markets

·      Deliver value through acquiring new club members, retaining current members and driving bottle sales

·      Develop and retain relationships with private clients through their existing network and continuing to build relationships.

·      Develop and retail relationships with corporate clients by networking across their events, and be willing to visit these clients, offering tastings, or virtual tastings along with purchases.

·      Partner with key accounts, wine club managers, and field sales managers to plan frequent brand relevant, in-market events that can concurrently enhance on-premise account relationships

·      Create events to drive sales across all channels: ideation, planning, budgeting, execution, and evaluation through detailed recaps.

·      Communicate successes, key learnings, opportunities and ways of working to the Consumer Loyalty management team

·      Track progress toward the Key Performance Indicator structure

·      Maintain an opportunistic mindset

·      Work will take place in NYC with travel to the tri state area and regional cities including but limited to: Atlanta, Miami, Orlando, Birmingham, Charlotte, DC, Boston, Denver

 

Minimum Qualifications

·      Bachelor’s Degree preferred

·      Minimum 3 years of Wine Experience

·      Wine Certifications: WSET Level 2, CSW or SOM

·      Must have extensive knowledge of the Wine Industry with a focus on the Luxury and Fine Wine Category

·      Local Market knowledge

·      Proven experience and strong abilities in educating and motivating

·      Excellent communication skills articulate with strong public speaking ability/experience and excellent writing skills.  Ability to persuade and influence.

·      Demonstrates consistent reporting capabilities

·      Microsoft Office Skills

·      Must have a reliable form of transportation.

·      Must be available for both regular work week, evening, and weekend job assignments.

·      Must not work for any other beer, wine, or spirit brand.

·      Must be able to travel 50-75% of the time based on seasonality

·      Must be able to stand, walk, sit

·      Must be able to move up to 55 lbs

·      Use hands to handle or feel; reach with hands and arms

·      Climb or balance stairs/ladders

·      Stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl; talk and hear

·      Must have close vision, distant vision, and ability to adjust focus, peripheral vision

·      Must be able to stand for extended periods of time

·      Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive a car and travel via plane/train as needed.

$90,000 base
