Skurnik Wines & Spirits is seeking a hospitality minded Customer Service Manager for our growing wholesale distribution business in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Pennsylvania. We pride ourselves in the finest selection of fine wines and spirits, and the best service and hospitality in the business, with growing sales and events teams. Based in Manhattan, our Customer Service Team, affectionately called Skurnik University, handles onboarding and training of new hires, operations management of order board systems and procedures, warehouse delivery, account support, sales representative support and working interdepartmentally to improve communication and service.
