New York's most prestigious wine store is now accepting resumes for a Full/Part Time Customer Service Representative at our Park Avenue location. Basic wine knowledge is a must & working at Sherry-Lehmann will dramatically increase your wine knowledge. Experience in a Customer Service related position is required.
This position is Full or Part-Time (DOA) & paid on an hourly basis. The work week is a standard five-day week, including Saturdays.
The ideal candidate:
-Interest in & a basic knowledge of wines and spirits
-College Graduate
-Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.)
-Excellent verbal/communication skills
-Customer Service experience
-Good with handling a high-pressure, fast-paced environment
-A team player
-Organized
