General Summary:

The Regional Manager of Wine oversees all operations and productivity goals and should inspire and motivate the individual teams to achieve their goals through great leadership. The Regional Manager will work closely with individual Store Owners and Store Managers to analyze business trends, identify opportunities, and develop a plan to maximize performance. The Regional Manager will champion the P&L reports and study them to ensure all profit goals are met. The Regional Manager will formulate short and long-term strategies for success in partnership with Store Owners and Managers and will oversee their execution and maintain accountability.

Essential Job Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Champion of Driving Sales, Profitability and Gross Margin Growth across multiple locations
• Ability to balance and effectively oversee all operations of multiple locations across the tristate area
• Embracing the TEAM- Has great leadership qualities with proven results of managing a team across a widespread area
• Has knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and policies and works to maintain legal compliance with the State Liquor Authorities and all governing agencies.

Qualifications:

• 10 years experience managing multi-unit retail store locations
• Knowledge of the NY/NJ/CT tri-state area Market
• Enthusiastic and motivating leadership style
• Proven track record of driving performance and success in revenue, profits and store operations
• Advanced Wine training preferred
• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree required in business or other relevant field
