Adelsheim Vineyard is reopening!

The Tasting Room at Adelsheim Vineyard is reopening! We will be hosting guests in a reservation only format that allows us to control the flow of people through our space and maintain CDC sanitization standards.

 

We are currently hiring:

Support Roles for our Tasting Room. Positions are available immediately and are seasonal.

Team Adelsheim is looking for individuals who embody the following traits:

  • Hospitality minded by nature
  • Desire to create a memorable and unique experience for all guests
  • Team mentality and work ethic
  • Willingness to step in where needed
  • Adaptability, flexibility, positivity

Required:

  • Hospitality experience
  • Strong understanding of best in class service and customer experience
  • A valid, current OLCC license for any position.
  • A valid, current Driver’s License or passport and reliable transportation.
  • Open availability, including weekends.
  • Strong attention to guests’ experience and concerns; hospitality driven.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Be able to stand and walk for long periods of time, while contributing to our friendly, upbeat hospitality
  • Ability to lift and carry 40lbs. (A case of wine)
  • Detail-oriented, punctual, self-motivated team player who is able to multi-task

Preferred:

  • WineDirect Experience
  • Tasting Room experience

Roles and responsibilities:

Support Roles

  • Sanitize table and surfaces before, during, and post service
  • Sanitize all high touch surfaces throughout service
  • Stock wine, clean glassware, and service tools
  • Monitor, stock, and sanitize restrooms
  • Monitor guest flow through space to ensure proper distancing is maintained at all times

Compensation: 

  • Thorough training and education is provided. Hourly wages are dependent on experience. Opportunities for bonus, tips, commission, and WEP (Wine Education Program)

Requirements:

  • A valid, current OLCC license for any position.
  • A valid, current Driver’s License or passport and reliable transportation.
