Need one or two more harvest helpers.
Depending on qualifications, pay is $15 to $20/hour or more.
Anderson Family Vineyard organically farms 16.5 acres in Oregon’s Dundee Hills. We are a 27 year old, small, premium winery. The owners/winemakers are actively involved in the harvest and winemaking.
This is a seasonal position with work beginning in early September and lasting as late as November. A great way to learn, gain exposure and further opportunities in the wine industry.
Must be willing to work long and sporadic hours – could be several days in a row followed by days or weeks off. Flexible scheduling is dictated by harvest flow – long days, overtime, weekends and/or holidays.
Previous wine experience preferred, not required.
Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis.
Forklift and/or ATV certification a plus but not required.
Mostly outdoor work with a small, tight team.
We’ll be lifting buckets of grapes, weighing and sorting, moving fermenters and cleaning.
We can discuss housing and/or transportation assistance.
