Owen Roe - Oregon has an opening for a permanent full-time Admin and Sales Coordinator. This position is an integral part of a dynamic team, candidates should enjoy a fast paced and diverse environment. 

Job Duties

• The Coordinator is responsible for the accurate and timely processing of wine orders related to FOB and wholesale, including wine samples, exports, employee/grower allocations. This position oversees inventory tracking, depletion processing and logistics. The coordinator works in partnership with the Controller and Sales Dept. to facilitate proactive and effective communication in support of the company’s objectives. 

General Responsibilities: 

• Process distributor orders and credits in WIMS, communicate directly with distributor and wholesale partners. 
• Coordinate all logistics and order processing, ensuring timely release and delivery with local wholesale and national distribution. 
• Work closely with sales team to maintain effective and timely invoicing, pricing and post off programming. 
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct timely inventory reconciliations. 
• Process all payments and deposits and assist with AR management and credit processing. 
• Able to work in a team environment as well as operate independently. 

Requirements: 

• Highly organized with acute attention to detail. 
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and Outlook
• Ability to function independently and meet deadlines. 
• WIMS, Vin65, industry experience a bonus, but not required for quick learners.
