The Dinex Group, restaurant group of Chef Daniel Boulud, seeks experienced and professional Sommeliers for Restaurant DANIEL.
The Sommelier will be responsible for wine service on the floor, maintaining and growing an extensive cellar, maximizing profit by maintaining profit margins, contributing to our ongoing staff education program and keep our team up to date of all changes to the wine list and the wine program.
The position requires a minimum of three years of similar experience in an upscale dining environment and strong English communication skills. French language skills are a plus.
A Sommellerie training or degree is preferred, but not required.
