Who you are:
-Experienced in specialty retail, beverage or luxury retail sales
-Strong interpersonal skills with a positive and engaging attitude
-Passion for non-alcoholic beverages and cultivating a healthy lifestyle among customers
-Bartender, mixologist and/or storyteller? We would be delighted to meet you!
-Proficient active listening skills to discover taste preferences, and the ability to guide customers with product selection
-Able to lift up to 30 pounds and be able to move about store space freely
What you’ll do:
-Partner with Boisson in creating brand loyalty and offer expert retail sales, with the proven ability to upsell
-Assist with inventory, including, but not limited to receiving weekly shipment and stocking store at opening, during business hours and close of day
-Maintain store safety and cleanliness standards on the sales floor, stock room, bathroom, etc.
Based on qualifications, you can expect a base pay with unlimited monthly commission earned on monthly sales. Promotions and expanded responsibilities available; we want you to grow with us.
