Position Overview: Monsieur Touton Selection, already a leader in the industry, is experiencing growth.

Monsieur Touton is seeking a Customer Relations Associate who enjoys building and strengthening customer relationships; is solution-oriented, with a positive attitude and thrives in a fast-paced work environment. Reporting to the National Sales Operations Manager, within the National Operations Team, the Customer Relations Associate is responsible for resolving clients’ inquiries and providing sales support to the National Sales Team.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in business or related fields. Minimum of two years’ experience in customer service. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical/problem solving skills and organizational skills, attention to details and team-spirit.  Proficient in Microsoft Suite. Bilingual in French, Spanish, and/or Italian is a plus. Knowledge of basic wine and/or the wine industry is a plus. International work experience is a plus.

Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer inquiries about products and services
• Process incoming orders (email, phone, website) and sample requests
• Verify pending order status and update customers/sales representatives accordingly
• Interact with third-party warehouse daily to ensure the transfer of orders is submitted
• Handle customer post-shipment issues (mis-shipment, returns, credits)
• Communnicate proactively to ensure resolution and customer satisfaction
• Provide support to our sales team via email, phone, and in-person
• Meet deadlines in accordance with warehouse order submissions
• Conduct routine operational tasks with precision and work across departments in support of the department's goals
• Perform other duties as assigned

Physical Requirement: Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer. Occasionally lift up to 45 lbs.

$55,000 - $60,000 based on credentials and experience.
